Cody brings warmth, energy and a broad range of experience to her role as Sales Associate at Q State Properties. With a background across rentals and sales, she combines strong people skills with a genuine interest in helping clients feel comfortable and well supported throughout their property experience.

Her path into real estate has been anything but ordinary. Having worked in corrections, law firms and the thoroughbred racing industry, Cody has developed a diverse skill set built on trust, professionalism, adaptability and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life. She is organised, confident managing multiple priorities and committed to continuing to build her knowledge and experience, with the goal of progressing into a sales agent role.

Outside of work, Cody is a dedicated trackwork rider and often begins her mornings riding racehorses before heading into the office. She also enjoys travelling, camping and spending time in the rural lifestyle she knows and loves. This gives her a genuine appreciation for the communities and properties she works with, particularly when assisting clients throughout the Scenic Rim and surrounding areas.
