Having called Cedar Vale home for the past three years – and with her family connected to the area for over 15 — Jaz brings a genuine local’s insight and a strong community spirit to the Q State Properties team.

As our newest team member, Jaz joins us with five years of experience in hairdressing, where she honed exceptional people skills, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to connect with clients. Now transitioning into real estate, Jaz is passionate about using those strengths to help clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: finding the perfect place to call home.

While working across both Sales and Property Management, Jaz has developed a particular niche and keen interest in Property Management, where her organisational skills and personable approach truly shine.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her at the gym, camping, hunting, or enjoying time with family and friends. Friendly, approachable, and eager to make a difference, Jaz is excited to support clients throughout the Scenic Rim and beyond.
