About the RTA
The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is a Queensland Government body that oversees residential tenancy laws. It provides the official forms and guidance you’ll need during your rental journey, including applications, agreements, and ending a tenancy. Using RTA forms ensures your rights (and responsibilities) are protected under Queensland law.
